Self-Assessment My “Leadership
Self-Assessment” provides a framework for evaluating leadership in any
organization or business. It not only highlights a person's strengths and
challenges, it gives a clear picture of effective leadership. Using this tool
in the coaching process, the client and coach remain focused and accountable.
The
assessment has been broken down into three segments: The leader, the
organization and the outcome. Clients use
this tool to analyze their changes and progress. As they fill in the gaps in
their leadership competencies, they develop excellence in themselves and
others while increasing productivity and profits. This tool is not
norm-based, yet it is valuable for tracking the development of leadership
skills. To assess
